What materials are WIKUNA® products made of?

Each piece is crafted from authentic argentine full-grain leather — the most noble and durable — tanned with eco-friendly vegetable tannins. Over time, it develops a rich, natural patina that enhances its character and makes it even more special: a living testament to leather that is authentic, original, and unique.

How and when will my order be delivered?

After payment is received through paypal, international orders typically ship within 3–7 business days. during peak periods, dispatch may take up to 1–2 additional business days, regardless of the selected shipping speed. A signature may be required upon delivery. 

Enjoy free shipping on all U.S. orders. international shipments are handled by Fedex directly from our workshop in Argentina. For returns, we provide a dedicated U.S. return address.

Yes, we offer a 30-day warranty for verified manufacturing defects. This does not include damage caused by misuse, accidents, spills, stains, scratches, third-party repairs, or the natural aging of leather over time.

How should I care for my leather product?

We recommend cleaning it with a soft, dry cloth and avoiding contact with water or chemicals. You may occasionally apply a colorless leather conditioner, always placing it on the cloth first and applying it evenly. Never apply it directly to the leather, as it may cause stains.

 

Avoid exposure to sunlight, rain, and contact with perfumes or alcohol. Store it in a dry place to prevent moisture, scratches, and to preserve its texture.
