Shipping policy

We offer free shipping for all customers and orders in the US. We use Fedex for all international orders as our products are shipped directly from our Argentina workshop, although we have a specific US address in case of returns.

Once payment is credited to our PayPal account, delivery times for international shipping are between 3-7 Business Days. Orders may take up to 2-3 business days to de dispatched regardless of the shipping speed during peak shipping times. Signature may be required upon delivery.

If your shipping address is within the United States you won't be charged duties and taxes on delivery, In the rare case of occurrence, all duties and taxes are included with no hidden charges, as we cover it for you though FedEx automatically.

When goods enter the United States from overseas, it is considered an importation and must be cleared by U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP). Goods are usually cleared informally when they are for personal use, under $2500 in value, and are not in commercial quantities. However, because there are no guarantees that an entry will be cleared informally, FedEx find it helpful to have the importer's identification number (EIN or SSN) for all U.S.-bound shipments, regardless of value, just in case.
