Warranty

In the rare event of a manufacturing defect within the first three months of use, please contact us immediately with proof of purchase. We will promptly review the matter and take swift action to resolve it. This warranty covers defects in material or workmanship under normal use within the first three months. Please note that these are handmade products and may not be entirely free from manufacturing flaws.

The warranty excludes damages resulting from accidents, misuse, improper care, alterations, or repairs performed by any party other than Wikuna. Examples of non-covered issues include stains, scratches, spills, or any damage caused by neglect. At our discretion, we reserve the right to refuse the return of any merchandise that does not meet these requirements.
